Volunteer to Wipeout Graffiti!

Our volunteers work year-round to help keep our city beautiful, please join them as there are many different ways to volunteer.

Community Volunteer Program
Individuals can pick up a supply kit, free of charge, from their respective city council field office. Kits include 1 gallon of recycled paint, wipes for smooth surfaces, roller, brush, safety vest and goggles. After 10 hours of graffiti abatement, participants will have the opportunity to attend a training session to borrow a mobile pressure washer, paint sprayer or City vehicle.

Mini-Graffiti Wipeout
Scheduled for groups of at least 10 volunteers. Paint, supplies and a location are provided for the 1-2 hour clean-ups. Community service hour certificates are also available.

A partnership between the City of San Antonio and Waste Management graffiti(WM), provides free green paint and supplies to volunteers interested in abating graffiti on Waste Management dumpsters.  How it works in three easy steps!
1.  Obtain signed Right of Entry (ROE) form from property owner
2.  Document (photograph dumpster, if possible) and submit proposed
     project sites(s), and ROE
3.  Upon arrival, Coordinate pick-up/delivery of paint and supplies
as well as signed liability release forms for all volunteers
