The City of San Antonio has developed a graphical representation for citizens to checkout City services being delivered in their neighborhood and citywide. This Open 311 system displays all the service requests generated by 311, citizens through the online self service portal, and/or initiated by City staff. The Open 311 system displays the service request type, location, status of request, timeline for request to be completed along with status. Open 311 is updated on an hourly basis and stores case information for a seven day period. The system allows one to select service categories or view all by clicking on the legend. This system can be accessed at the 311 City Services website.
