Informal IFB for Annual Contracts (more than $3,000 up to and including $50,000)

Annual contract purchase requirements more than $3,000 up to and including $50,000 require an Informal Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for goods or non-professional services. Procurements within this dollar range require the originating department to create a purchase requisition, generate other appropriate documents/technical specifications, obtain the proper approvals, and forward to Purchasing for processing. Purchasing is required to obtain quotes from a minimum of three (3) Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs).
