Birth and Death Certificate Fees
Birth Certificate: Local	$23.00 each	Fee per certificate for person born in Bexar County.
Birth Record Search Fee	$23.00	Fee charged to search for a birth certificate that is either not found or not purchased.
Death Certificate Search Fee	$21.00	Fee charged to search for a death certificate that is either not found or not purchased.
Death Certificate: 1st copy	$21.00	Fee for one death certificate.
Death Certificate: Additional copies	$4.00	If applicant purchases more that one copy of a death certificate in a single transaction, a fee of $4.00 is charged for each 2nd and subsequent copy.
