Municipal Court Administrative Dismissals

If you received a citation for an expired driver's license, inspection sticker, or license plates/registration, and meet the following terms it is up to the Judge whether to dismiss your case if you have the following items:

Renew within 20 business days of the date you received the ticket
Provide proof with receipt to the court of renewal (for plates/registration you must also provide proof the penalty tax assessed by the Tax Assessor Collector has been paid).
Pay a $20.00 administrative dismissal fee

You may mail your requirements to:

OR present them to the court in person on your appearance date.

PAYING YOUR TICKETS ONLINE WILL RESULT IN A CONVICTION ON YOUR STATE DRIVING RECORD.
