The City of San Antonio Marshal's Office and City Detention Center is open 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week.

We are located at 401 S Frio, San Antonio, Texas 78207.

The City of San Antonio Detention Center provides Magistration to everyone arrested in Bexar County and San Antonio.

Services Provided by the City of San Antonio Marshal's Office include:

City Detention Center
Enforcement of Class C Arrest Warrants
Illegal Dumping Enforcement/Code Compliance Violations
Transferring of Prisoners
Civil Process

Compliance Court:

If you have plead Guilty and failed to comply with the Judges Orders, a Capias Warrant for your arrest has been issued.

You may come to court and proceed directly to the cashier to pay all fines and fees assessed by the Court in full. Satisfying the courts orders with full payment will cause the warrant (s) for your arrest to be recalled.

You may also see a Judge regarding your failure to satisfy the judgment of the court; however, the Judge will only see defendants with Capias Warrants at the times listed for courtroom # 3:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Thursday - 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
