Citrix Services provides COSA customers with efficient access to applications while off site; applications include the following:
If you are a city Employee who currently uses Citrix (GOCOSA) to access any approved work applications and have a City account you should be able to use your current Window’s account to log into Citrix Services both at work and remotely. If you don’t have a City account, but need one, please contact your supervisor.
Use of Citrix will require a plug-in to be downloaded to the workstation you are using.
