Retired Employees of the City of San Antonio

The Retired Employees of the City of San Antonio (RECOSA) was formed by a group of retirees as a non-profit organization in August of 2010. Governed by an elected board of directors, RECOSA seeks to inform, educate, and foster camaraderie among the City of San Antonio retiree community. RECOSA and the City of San Antonio work in partnership to ensure that there is a strong line of communication between RECOSA members and the City regarding retirement and health benefits, as well as other topics that affect retirees. RECOSA is steadily building its network of retirees and would welcome your membership and participation. Retiree Matters is the City's primary method of communicating information to its retirees.
