Who do I call to reserve a park facility?
In a move to consolidate functions and increase efficiency, all parks and recreation reservations can now be made through one of the City of San Antonio's Community Link Service Centers. The Reservation Office in Brackenridge Park has closed and all permits can be picked up at the center where the reservation was made.

Who do I call with questions about neighborhood zoning?
Call the Development and Business Service Center also known as the One Stop Service Center at (210) 207-1111, located at 1901 South Alamo. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

How do I resolve traffic tickets or outstanding warrants?
The first step to resolving your ticket is to read the instructions on the back of the yellow copy of the citation and on the blue form given to you by the officer. The back of your ticket contains information on how to resolve your citation. If you are not sure of the violation charged or the fine due, you will have to go to the Frank D. Wing Municipal Court located at 401 South Flores or contact Ticket Information Line at (210) 207-8970.

Questions such as whether or not you have a warrant, what the warrant is for, how much you owe, or any other questions may be answered by the Warrant Information Line at (210) 207-8970.

Who do I call to ask about someone who has been arrested?
Information regarding someone who has been arrested can be obtained by calling the Magistrate Office at (210) 207-7532 or in person at the Magistrate Office located at the south side of the Municipal Court building. Speak through the intercom system.

Who do I call with questions about a driver license?
The Texas Department of Public Safety is responsible for issuing driver licenses. The telephone number to the Driver License Customer Service Bureau is (512) 424-2600.

Who do I call to ask about VIA bus routes and services?
Via Metropolitan Transit is not a division of the City of San Antonio. Questions about routes and schedules may be answered by calling the VIA Customer Information Center line at (210) 362-2020.
