The City of San Antonio and the San Antonio Police Officers Association (SAPOA) invite the public to join them in dedicating new improvements at the park, to include a monument sign at the entrance that honors Officer Richard Cuellar, for whom the park is named. The ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22 at the park, 5626 San Fernando. The project also included installation of a new playground with the help of SAPOA volunteers.Invitation
