| Fees: | Rentals: For large special events, a letter of request is required to include type, date, time and daytime telephone number. The letter can be faxed to the attention of Cheryl Kindervater at 210-207-3049 or mailed to the Parks and Recreation Department, P.O. Box 839966, San Antonio, Texas 78283. Attn.: Cheryl Kindervater. Rental of Harris Pavilion is based on the number of people who are expected to attend an event. The Harris pavilion is available for an event with less than 400 people for $250. This does not include the kitchen. For information on the smaller pavilions, call 207-7275 or the Community Link Centers. Commercial rates are: $575 for 400 or less with a $500 security deposit $1,100 for 401-1000 people plus an $800 security deposit $1,700 for 1,001 or more, with a $1,500 security deposit. Non-profit rates are: $450 for 400 or less plus $500 security deposit $850 for 401 - 1,000, with a security deposit of $800 $1,300 for 1,001 or more with a $1,500 security deposit. |
