With the exception of community centers, most park facilities can be rented up to one year in advance of your event. Please note that we do not offer back-to-back or same-day reservations of pavilions.

In addition to the permit fee, community center rentals, mass picnic facility rentals and park rentals for special events are subject to a clean-up/damage deposit. At community centers, the reservation permit is $50. If the event involves serving food, there is an additional $100 cleanup deposit. For the other two categories, the deposit varies and is based on the number of people expected to attend the event.
The clean-up/damage deposit will be refunded if the site is left clean, in good order and with no damage or theft of city property.

Permit holders are responsible for hiring a certified law enforcement officer for the protection of the facility and its occupants, if any of the following applies: Groups of 75 or greater, DJ, live music, rally or alcoholic beverages are present. The following scale determines the number of officers needed:
