Weatherization/Code Compliance Minor Repair

Assist homeowners who need repairs in order to qualify for the "Weatherization Assistance Program".

This minor repair program is designed to assist homeowners who need repairs in order to qualify for the "Weatherization Assistance Program" and to assist homeowners who need to make repairs to their homes to satisfy code compliance deficiencies. Items addressed under this program can include plumbing, electrical, roof, heating, non-working utilities, damaged or broken windows and doors, ingress and egress violations, siding, and exterior paint. The program is specifically targeted to income levels at or below the current area median income of 80%.

The maximum subsidy per unit for this program is $4,999. All applicants will be referred from either the Weatherization Assistance Program or Code Compliance.
