Fiscal Operations
Providing daily oversight of departmental fiscal activities.
Manage day-to-day departmental administrative activities that include:
Departmental Budget preparation, accounting for accounts payables, receivables,
notes payables, notes receivables, Grant Management, Contract Management, and
preparation of financial statements. Other administrative functions of this
division include preparation of Request for Council Action Item memos,
operational performance measures, statistical reports on expenditures, and maintaining a monthly balance
scorecard.
